Availability and Booking
To check the availability of a room and / or make a provisional booking please click the email link below or email us and when you receive a confirmation email please make a $500 deposit payment via PayPal. The balance is due 35 days before arrival or on the booking confirmation if less than 35 days to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where the balance has not been paid in the required time.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
$500 is required to complete the
booking 25% due 90 days in advance and the remaining balance is due 35 days in advance
of arrival. A credit card is required for a
security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are
refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Money Transfer. There is a $1,000 damage deposit which is fully refundable unless the damage deposit has to be used.
